It is the pilot program of the FCU, with which all the work began in 1986. Its objective is to train boys, girls and young workers in technical workshops of bakery and pastry, fashion design, systems, computer maintenance, marketing and sales.

The workshops are approved by the secretariat of education, from where certificates and titles as labor technician are awarded. In the same way, the training seeks to generate solidarity economy microenterprises and agreements with companies for the employment of young people that allow them to improve their income and, likewise, their quality of life.
